Updates on Batam Trip:
Meet maine and crab at 6.15am at AMK mrt then off we went to Harbour Front..Reach HHarbourfront centre at around 7.20am. Proceed to take our boarding pass..was thinking of having breakfast after that but the ferry assistant told us to proceed to take the ferry since it was very crowded. So we board the ferry and we waited for a freaking 1.5hr inside which we could spend it for our breafast instead!!! A lesson learn=]
All of bus was tired since we slept kinda late the previous night, thus we was sleeping the whole journey..reach Batam Center at 10am. Check with one of the staff there and understand that we has to take a taxi to our hotel cuz it's around 10km. Took a cab at 50000 rupiah($7.70) to our hotel. Our hotel is meant for those business ppl, quite classy and well-equiped. Check in our room and i should say the room is quite comfy, got bath tub somemore and the bed is KING size..super big LOL~
After we upacked our stuff, we went over to MAC for breakfast/lunch and then went over to the nearby shopping malls to shop around. Seriously their Centrepoint and Lucky plaza(thats what their shopping mall is called) is really diff from us. Their shopping mall is like our Sembawang Shopping centre and Sim Lim Square..Nothing much to buy nor shop..Walk till around 6 then we went back to our hotel cuz we book spa at 7pm.
The spa there is damn cheap, we went for the spa at our hotel and there is further 20% discount, each pax is around $60 which includes foot bath, relaxing aromatharapy massage, Rice/coffee scrub, herbal bath and facial. We separate into 2 room, a couple a room..then was asked to take off all our clothes and wear the panties/underwear they provide..then they proceed to do the massage..Was in pain but damn shiok la...Afterwhich is the scrub..i did rice scrub and baby did coffee scrub, the smell of coffee so nice..baby's whole body in brown LOL~ Followby the facial and then herbal bath. Ended the 3 hr session at around 10pm. Proceed to our hotel and then brought some beer and KFC for dinner while maine and crab order the food in the hotel. The food from the hotel quite nice..
Woke up at 8.30am for breakfast. Then we went to the hotel's swimming pool for a swim, follow by jacuzzi, sauna (separated by gender) and gym. Baby and me play table tennis, i lost till so jialat=( We extend one hotel room to 2pm and the other one need to check our at 1pm. Maine and crab came over to our room at 1pm then we check out at 2pm. Proceed to Batam Centre Megamall to shop around. Nothing much also..Have A&W and brought some JCO donuts to eat..
Overall this trip is quite fruitful and relaxing..and the best thing is we got to go for spa and ate A&W!!!We will be planning for one more trip soon!!!
