Wasnt feeling well since Thursday night. I was at Baby's house on Thursday, waited for him to return from work before having our dinner/supper at MAC. I only ate a double cheeseburger. The reason why we eat at MAC was to get the Cupid Doreamon.
Baby was on leave on Friday, while I went to work for half a day in the morning. Met up with Baby after my work at YCK, before we proceed to TPY. Our 1st to 3rd choice were all taken up, so we had to pin all our hope on our 4th choice. We went to have our lunch at TPY. Afterwhich, we went to get the queue no at 2pm, but our turn will only reach around 3.30 to 3.45pm, which is already scheduled beforehand. We went to see the 3D layout of our flats. Baby and me were looking at 2 model with different layout, looking at the model, the layout that we choose seems smaller, so Baby and me were thinking of re-selecting our choices. But on a second look, Baby found out that one of the model were actually 5-room's model, which explain the difference in size. Both of us laugh at our own blur-ness. I was not feeling very well throughout the period. As it was still early, we went to drink coffee at Ya Kun, and returned back there at around 3pm. Baby went to check the HDB website constantly to ensure that our 4th choice was still available, the last time he checked was at 3.30pm and it was still not selected, so we were more or less confirmed that it will be our future nest. Finally our queue no were reflected on the screen, we proceed to the room. Throughout the 15 mins, we were busy signing documents. After everything was done, we proceed to pay the option fee, and return to the same room to get our documents before taking a cab home.
I am happy that we finally got our own nest, although it will be in another 4 years time. I no longer need to keep checking HDB website for new BTO, no longer have to pay $10 to apply for BTO!! Baby and me finally have something concrete to look forward to. Now, we will need to work hard together to fulfil more goals.
